2. The Information BondIT collects and how BondIT collects it
2.1. Information Collected by using the Service.
2.1.1. As part of registration process, Customer will be required to provide BondIT with information, such as Customer name and e-mail address of each individual opening an Account on behalf of the Customer ("Customer's Information"). Additional information may be collected by the Website, which may include Customer's IP address, web pages that Customer visits and any other data normally stored in website logs.
2.1.2. Additional information is also collected when Customer contacts BondIT customer support, or sends BondIT other communication and signs up to receive from BondIT newsletters and/or updates;

Similar to many other websites, BondIT uses "cookies" (a small file sent to Customer and/or Visitors computer by the Website to allow the Website to store information which uniquely identifies Customer and/or Visitors) or other similar software to collect data in order to assist Customers and/or Visitors and provide them with a more personal experience visits in the Website. Customer and/or Visitors can always disable cookies at Customer's and/or Visitor's browser, but please note that if Customer and/or Visitor does so, some (or all) of the features and functionality of the Service or the Website may not be available to Customers and/or Visitors. Customers and Visitors expressly consent to BondIT uses of cookies, as detailed above;
2.2.3. BondIT may post Customer's testimonials on the Website which may contain personally identifiable information. By providing BondIT, or by uploading to the Website such testimonial, Customer and/or Visitor hereby consents that BondIT may post Customer and/or Visitor name and logo along with Customer's and/or Visitor's testimonial in the Website.
2.2.4. Any other data normally stored in website logs. The Customer's Information, Customer's Content and all of the information set forth above (including any information collected by the website) shall collectively be referred to as the "Information".
3. What BondIT does with the Information
3.1. The Information will be used in accordance with applicable laws for the following purposes:
3.1.1. Improve the functionality, design and quality of the Service and the Website;
3.1.3. BondIT may use and share the Information with certain third-parties that help BondIT operate the Website and the Service (e.g. data providers, cloud provider, email distribution service providers and other similar service providers). Such third party providers will have access to the Information as required to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes;

3.1.7. BondIT will retain the Information until the Customer and/or Visitor requests to delete the Information.
3.2. Customer and Visitor hereby consent and are aware that the Information is submitted and/or collected, based on the understanding that such Information may be available to third parties, in or outside Customer's and/or Visitor's jurisdiction, and that they may hold and/or process this Information on BondIT's behalf.
4. Security Precautions
BondIT uses industry standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
