Privacy Policy 


The following is the Privacy Policy for the financial analytical platform provided through Bond I.T. Ltd. ("BondIT") website (the "Website" or the "Service", respectively). Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings ascribed to them in BondIT's Terms of Service, which are incorporated into this Privacy Policy by reference (which Customer or Visitor can review here - www.bonditglobal.com) (together referred to as the "Terms"). 

The privacy of the Customer and any Visitor to the Website is important to BondIT, and BondIT has created this Privacy Policy (which shall govern Customer use of the Service and Visitor use of the Website) in order to explain BondIT's policies regarding all information, collected by, transmitted or otherwise submitted through the Service or the Website (the "Privacy Policy"). 

This Privacy Policy is intended for (a) the Customers; and (b) visitors of the Website (the "Visitor(s)"). 


1. Term of this Privacy Policy 


1.1. For Customers. 


1.1.1. This Privacy Policy will enter into effect once the Customer signs the Ordering Document and/or by the actual use of the Service, and shall continue to be in force and effect so long as the Terms are still in effect or the Service is used, whichever is latest. By accepting and/or using the Service, Customer hereby explicitly consents to the collection, storage, use, and transfer of such Information (as such term is defined below) as BondIT has outlined in this Privacy Policy. 


1.2. For Visitors. 


1.2.1. This Privacy Policy will enter into effect by using or visiting the Website, and shall remain in effect for an indefinite period of time so long as the Visitor is using or visiting the Website. By visiting the Website, Visitor hereby explicitly consents to the collection, storage, use, and transfer of the Information as BondIT has outlined in this Privacy Policy. 

2. The Information BondIT collects and how BondIT collects it 


2.1. Information Collected by using the Service. 


2.1.1. As part of registration process, Customer will be required to provide BondIT with information, such as Customer name and e-mail address of each individual opening an Account on behalf of the Customer ("Customer's Information"). Additional information may be collected by the Website, which may include Customer's IP address, web pages that Customer visits and any other data normally stored in website logs. 

2.1.2. Additional information is also collected when Customer contacts BondIT customer support, or sends BondIT other communication and signs up to receive from BondIT newsletters and/or updates; 


2.1.3. The Customer's Content; 


2.2. Information Collected via the Website. 


2.2.1. Information is also collected when Visitor contacts BondIT customer support, or sends BondIT other communication and signs up to receive from BondIT newsletters and/or updates; 


2.2.2. Similar to many other websites, BondIT uses "cookies" (a small file sent to Customer and/or Visitors computer by the Website to allow the Website to store information which uniquely identifies Customer and/or Visitors) or other similar software to collect data in order to assist Customers and/or Visitors and provide them with a more personal experience visits in the Website. Customer and/or Visitors can always disable cookies at Customer's and/or Visitor's browser, but please note that if Customer and/or Visitor does so, some (or all) of the features and functionality of the Service or the Website may not be available to Customers and/or Visitors. Customers and Visitors expressly consent to BondIT uses of cookies, as detailed above; 


2.2.3. BondIT may post Customer's testimonials on the Website which may contain personally identifiable information. By providing BondIT, or by uploading to the Website such testimonial, Customer and/or Visitor hereby consents that BondIT may post Customer and/or Visitor name and logo along with Customer's and/or Visitor's testimonial in the Website. 


2.2.4. Any other data normally stored in website logs. The Customer's Information, Customer's Content and all of the information set forth above (including any information collected by the website) shall collectively be referred to as the "Information". 

3. What BondIT does with the Information 


3.1. The Information will be used in accordance with applicable laws for the following purposes: 


3.1.1. Improve the functionality, design and quality of the Service and the Website; 

3.1.2. BondIT may occasionally inform Customer (and Visitor, if such Visitor agrees to receive such notifications from BondIT) of features and functionalities included in the Service, as well as, send Customer periodic updates, tips and newsletters. Customer (and if applicable, also Visitor) may opt-out of receiving these correspondences from BondIT by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each notice BondIT will send the Customer. Note that regardless of Customer elections, BondIT may continue sending Customer notices to update Customer on revisions made to this Privacy Policy or to the Terms; 


3.1.3. BondIT may use and share the Information with certain third-parties that help BondIT operate the Website and the Service (e.g. data providers, cloud provider, email distribution service providers and other similar service providers). Such third party providers will have access to the Information as required to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes; 


3.1.4. BondIT may share Information with third parties in limited circumstances, including when complying with the applicable law, legal process, preventing fraud or imminent harm, ensuring the security of the Service, and when BondIT believes that disclosure is necessary to protect BondIT's rights; 


3.1.5. Respond to questions and comments from Customers and/or Visitors; 


3.1.6. BondIT may disclose the Information to potential business partners, investors or the public, but BondIT will not, without Customer specific permission, disclose any of Customer's personal information, provided to BondIT, to any third parties. 

3.1.7. BondIT will retain the Information until the Customer and/or Visitor requests to delete the Information. 

3.2. Customer and Visitor hereby consent and are aware that the Information is submitted and/or collected, based on the understanding that such Information may be available to third parties, in or outside Customer's and/or Visitor's jurisdiction, and that they may hold and/or process this Information on BondIT's behalf. 


4. Security Precautions 

BondIT uses industry standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third Party Websites 

The Website may include links to other websites whose privacy practices may differ from this Privacy Policy. BondIT encourages Customers and Visitors to carefully read the privacy statement of any website Customers and Visitors visit.

6.2. BondIT is constantly reviewing all of its policies in an attempt to keep up to date with market standards. BondIT reserves the right at any time to modify this Privacy Policy. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon posting the amended Privacy Policy on the Website. The Customer’s continued use of the Service or the Visitor continued use of the Website after the effective date of any such modification will be deemed acceptance of such modified Privacy Policy. 


6.3. If BondIT becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, BondIT may transfer all of the Information to third parties in connection with such transaction. 


6.4. This Privacy Policy will be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, excluding its provisions on conflicts or choice of law. The parties hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to submit all claims, disputes or demand deriving from this Privacy Policy to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts of Tel Aviv - Jaffa, Israel.
